Contributed Papers
Prospective authors
of technical contributed papers are asked to submit up to 6 pages on
double column IEEE format (www.ieee.org)
and follow the IEEE PDF Requirements for creating PDF Documents for
the IEEE Xplore. Both word and PDF files are needed for submission.

Final manuscripts
exceeding six pages and up to 8 pages will be subjected to
publication extra page charges. Submitted papers will be refereed by
peer reviewers to ensure the quality of the technical content.
Papers to be presented at MEPCON’10 must contain original material.
At least one of the
prospective authors of each paper must register in the conference.
For each additional paper, 50% of the registration fees are
required. Each paper must be presented by one of the authors in
order to be published in the conference proceedings. For late
registration the fees will be increased as shown in the registration
table.
All papers will then be reviewed again after the conference for
possible publication in MEPCON 2010 Journal
Organized Sessions
Organized sessions
will be arranged. Interested participants are invited to send their
ideas for organized sessions to the Conference Chairman.
Tutorials, Round
Tables Discussions & Workshops
Proposals for
tutorials, round tables discussions and workshops addressing new
topics in power systems engineering and related areas are invited
for submission to the Conference Chairman.
Conference
Exhibition
A conference
exhibition will be held for various power system and related area
products and services. Interested companies can apply for exhibition
space reservation to the Conference Chairman.
